Yes. We have specialists in medicine, orthopaedics, maternity and gynaecology, intensive care, surgery and paediatrics.

How to get expert treatment?
You need to be examined by medical officer in the Klinik Kesihatan first. Letters of reference will be made and you need to get the date of first appointment at specialist clinics before meeting the physician.

What is the charge for hospital admission of citizens and non-citizens?
Citizen’s deposit varies according to discipline. RM 30 for the case of medical or surgical treatment and RM 15 for gynaecological cases. As for non-citizens, the charge is RM 1100 for medical or surgical cases and RM 800 for gynaecological cases.

For all infectious diseases cases; it is free for those earning below RM 300, the Social Welfare / MAIK card holders, disabled, students, government employees: discount or exception may be considered.

Do all admitted infectious diseases get exempt from payment?
Yes, all kinds of contagious diseases are excluded.

What are the emergency cases for treatment in the Emergency Department?
Cases of emergency, including accidents (on the road / at work / domestic), asthma attacks, heart attacks, fainting, bitten by snakes, fire, seizures, genitals bleeding, food poisoning, a sudden and very strong abdominal pain.

Do the beneficiary is allowed to wait in the ward?
Parents / guardians are allowed to wait if the patient is a child. For adult patients, only those who are terminally ill are allowed to wait.

Is the hospital responsible for patient / next of kin loss of property or vehicles?
No. The hospital is not responsible for any loss because the patients / guardians are advised not to bring any valuables things while in hospital.
