The Client Charter is a publicly displayed statement published by Government Agencies of their service to clients in accordance to the Public Administration Progress Circular Volume 3 Year 1993.

In order to fulfil the requirements, a few activities were performed:

  • Display of Client Charter at every clinic
  • Biannual Client Satisfaction survey
  • Waiting Period survey at specialists clinics and pharmacies
  • On-going relevance study of Client Charter
